Returns
Please note, a studio commission is drawn specifically for the buyer and to their specific requirements. We do not accept returns for any reason.

How to Order

If you are interested in joining Ian’s studio commission list or request a commission quote,  please complete a commission enquiry form outlining what type of commission and what characters/background you would like. Genuine expressions of interest only please.

When a slot becomes available we will contact the next person on the list and give them the option of taking that slot and then we will send a final order form.

In order to secure the slot you will need to sign and return the order form and pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full price. Ian will make every effort to complete the commission within the specified timeframe.

Once the commission is finished, we will send a low-resolution scan and invoice for the outstanding amount, including shipping costs. We aim to ship the art within five working days of payment being received.

Unfortunately Ian is no longer willing to do studio commissions in sketch books or other material sent to him, due to the risks and issues associated with the additional shipping and packaging.

This includes printing out the image to tangible form, forwarding this email to others, creating a new email and attaching said image to it, or otherwise posting, linking, or displaying the image on the Internet or any computer linked to a network where the image may not be secure from other parties gaining access.
  3. These terms are laid forth to protect the confidentiality and secrecy of the attached image as it has business and/or monetary value that will be destroyed should it be disseminated beyond the party to which the email is addressed.
